The QUAVES.
Although all the members of The Quaves hail from different parts of the globe, the current line up formed in Saarbrücken, Germany at the beginning of 2011 thanks to the band’s vigilant and intuitive manager Sonja Schwarz who brought the foursome together at exactly the right time and place!
The band’s style ranges from 60′s beatmusic through to Indie rock with psychedelic tinges and they’ve even been dabbling in Jazz recently. Their generous repertoire spans over 10 years of dedicated songwriting by versatile guitarist Libor Mikeska. Ingenious bassist Shanker Keshavdas and outstanding drummer Jörg Hormann both endow the songs with pulsating rhythms of an incomparably avant-garde nature. This tight outfit is the perfect accompaniment for their enticing singer Karo Jorzyk, whose remarkably unique voice and stunning stage presence will leave you awe-struck!
